In the first half of 2009, SiW - Scientists in the World / Associação Cientistas no Mundo will start a one-year project to mentor and train science journalists from the five Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa, as well as from East Timor.

This project will be developed in partnership with the World Federation of Science Journalists.
